Capabilities

 

A-IR has more than 30 advanced patent technologies with independent intellectual property rights with a High tech talents team composed of over 60 staffs (15 in A-IR, 25 in CAS and 20 in CNBM), which involves more than 50 technical personnel with the degree of PH.D, master, engineers, advanced engineers and bachelor. The majority of them have several corresponding work experience, product concepts and practical experience in order to constantly optimize production quality, provide customers with more intimate and more accurate product customization services. Also, we have very strong background and relationship to have many R&D projects and collaboration with CNBM and CAS for the material crystal growing and Ultra-precision processing.

 

 

 

Material Growing: Ge, Si, ZnSe, ZnS, Cleartran and Chalcogenide Glass.

Material Blanks: Ge, Si, ZnSe, ZnS, Cleartran, CaF2, MgF2, BaF2, Spinel, Sapphire and Chalcogenide Glasses.

Conventional Polishing: We are able to process the optical components including spherical elements, windows, domes, prism and mirrors from all well know materials through the IR spectrum.

Diamond Turning: We utilize the 9 DTM machines mainly for processing Ge, Si and Chalcogenide Glass products.

Optical Coating: Our coating facilities include thermal evaporation(resistance heating and electron-gun coating), plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition and sputtering.

Lens Assembly: A-IR offers unique and highly-effective solutions for a wide variety of lens-assembly projects (SWIR/MWIR/LWIR).

Quality Assurance: Our QA department utilize the most advanced inspection and measurement equipment like ZYGO interferometer, Taylor Hobson Talysurf, MTF station and LuphoScan.

Material Blanks: the thickness we can control for our blanks can be down to the 350 um.
